Vellum 3.9.3 addresses minor visual issues when running on macOS Tahoe, and includes these fixes:

Updated rules for formatting of newer ISBNs
Fixed misplaced borders on the reverse side of Full Page Images
Corrected position of drop caps when they appear near footnotes
