Vellum 3.8.5 includes the following improvements:

Fixed a problem with footnotes affecting some Block Quotation styles
Lists within About the Author are now the correct size
Avoid single-letter words at the end of lines in Polish books
Fixed drop caps splitting across the first pages of a chapter
Prevent cut-off text within some footnotes
